The cost for our services obviously depends on the work to be performed. This can vary from "Plans and Elevations" to "Plans and Elevations With Building Sections, Details, and Schedules, Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing, etc...". A good relationship with your contractor can reduce the necessity of many drawings. However, If the plans are to be "Shopped" between contractors, there will need to be more detail to ensure an "Apples to Apples" bidding comparison.
