      JCADS offers complete custom designing, from napkin sketches to a “legally obtained plan" modification.  With over 14 years of professional experience with Commercial and Residential Architectural Design, JCADS can develop your project from ideas to reality.

      Starting from scratch, you should begin creating a folder of magazine pictures, ideas, and sketches that you like. We will meet with you and discuss your design ideas, finish materials, site requirements and/or Limitations. If you already have a plan in mind (or set of plans), but need some modifications, we can work with the existing plan author to legally produce a final set of plans for your personal home. Next, JCADS will layout a preliminary set of plans for your review and approval. Research for a contractor should begin now. If you don't already have a preference, JCADS will provide you with a list of contractors whom we have a working relationship with. 

    Remember, designing your home carries the responsibility to make your home fit your needs. Planning for electrical convenience, climate control, furniture placement, window views and picture walls are just some of the things best refined on paper first.
