My design and /or Architectural services contract is not available online due to the threat and occurrences of copyright infringement and plagiarism. These documents shall be provided upon request and the occurrence of a request for services to be provided.

These services will be provided as authorized by the current South Carolina Code of Laws Title 40, Chapter 3, Section 290.

In addition, Where Architecturally sealed plans are required by a governing building official or an Architectural Review Board, a JCADS associate will meet all requirements necessary. Our plans have satisfactorily meet the requirements of residential communities such as The Biltmore Estates in Asheville, NC, and The Cliffs Communities in NC and SC.

Engineering data reflected on any drawing shall be subject to approval by the appropriate Engineer as required by law. In the event that Engineering services are reflected as part of the drawing package, the Engineer or Engineering firm will be identified on the drawings.
