Here is an example of a project to give you an idea of what you get for JCADS services. keep in mind that every project is different; different starting point, different scope of work, and different situations. As you will notice in the "Fee Schedule" at the bottom of this page, there is much left up to your imagination as far as how much it will cost for "your" project. It is not practical to put a fixed dollar amount on a project before your particular ideas and wishes have been reviewed.

This project is a 5br/4ba 5,600 sq.ft., 3 story "Federal Style" home. The client provided a magazine plan of a 2 story ranch house with features they wanted. We added a full basement (finished), turned the garage on an angle which allowed us to redesign and increase the area of the pantry and laundry, improved the master bathroom, added an enclosed screen porch to the master bedroom, and added an "escape" room over the garage for mom and dad.

The cost for this project was $6,100.00 ($1.10 per sq.ft.). The simple roof line and my familiarity with the contractor kept the cost per sq.ft down. Time of completion was 6-1/2 weeks.
